Thank you for supporting the College of Medicine Alumni Association! Dues support the Highlights in Medicine Annual Reunion and Conference, student sponsorships and bursaries, and activities of the Alumni Association.

Once form is submitted, please pay membership fees through the University of Saskatchewan's secure online payment portal: https://donate.usask.ca/online/medicine.php

To pay for your membership fees, please complete the following three steps:

Please visit College of Medicine giving page
Select either Annual Alumni Association Membership or Lifetime Association Membership from the Gift Designation drop-down menu.
Enter the amount of fees in the box marked One Time Gift Amount:

$100 for Annual Membership
$750 for Lifetime Membership

Please note: you will not receive a charitable tax receipt for your membership fees
