About
Dr. Baillod completed her medical degree and psychiatry residency at the University of Saskatchewan. She subsequently completed her subspecialty training in geriatric psychiatry at the University of Ottawa. She joined the department in 2014 as one of the geriatric psychiatrists.
Teaching
Dr. Baillod is actively involved in clinical teaching for medical students and residents. She has held various medical education leadership roles over the years. She is currently a member of the RCPSC Specialty Committee in Psychiatry, RCPSC Specialty Committee in Geriatric Psychiatry, and is the Co-Chair of the RCPSC Examination Committee in Geriatric Psychiatry.

- Assessment and management of psychiatric conditions in older adults
- Assessment and management of major neurocognitive disorders in older adults
- Community outreach, including long term care
- ECT (electroconvulsive therapy)
