About
Dr. Simon Kapaj is a Medical Health Officer with Saskatchewan Health Authority and Assistant Professor in the Public Health and Preventive Medicine Division, University of Saskatchewan. Interests and contributions to improving the health of residents of Saskatchewan include work across broad spectrum of public health services. Dr. Kapaj has been active in Immunizations, Occupation Health and Safety, Environmental Public Health, Prevention and Protection including Infectious diseases and Outbreaks, Disaster and Emergency Planning, and fostering partnerships with community groups. He was energetically and enthusiastically involved at the front lines of Saskatchewan’s COVID-19 response with community and local schools and continues strengthening the partnerships created.
