Dr. Mac Russell
Resident PGY4 Emergency Medicine

Mac was born and raised in Saskatoon where he completed his undergraduate and medical degree at the University of Saskatchewan. He is thrilled to be sticking around his home town and joining the FRCPC Emergency Medicine program. When Mac is not on shift, you'll either find him on the golf course, exploring a lake in northern Saskatchewan or cross-country skiing along the Meewasin with his wife, Carlie. In residency, Mac plans to continue pursuing his academic interests in point of care ultrasound (POCUS) and medical education.
