About

Lauren was born in Calgary but moved to Texas at a young age. A proud Canadian at heart, she returned to Calgary via Montreal. She completed the joint MD/MSc Leaders in Medicine program at the University of Calgary in 2019. She has special interests in women's health, as well as access and efficiencies within the health care system.  She loves teaching, especially epidemiology and biostatistics! When she's not in the hospital, Lauren can be found outside (ideally in the mountains, but the prairies work too!) with her Saskatchewan born and raised partner Terry and their two beautiful kids Lennon and Henry.
