About
Dakota was born and raised in Woodstock, New Brunswick. Prior to moving to Saskatchewan for medical school, he completed a B. Sc. in Biochemistry at the University of New Brunswick. Having completed his medical school and FM residency in Saskatoon, he is excited to be able to stay here to complete the CCFP-EM year as well. His medical interests include point-of-care ultrasound, medical education, and full-scope family medicine. Outside of medicine, he is a board game enthusiast, plays volleyball and soccer, and loves experimenting with new cooking techniques and kitchen gadgets.
