The College of Medicine introduces the People Fund Seed Grant Program.

What is the People Fund Seed Grant Program?

Achieving our Paving our Path to 2030 people goals will take many actions. The People Fund Seed Grant Program is one piece of that work, investing in ideas from our college community that engage teams and help people connect, collaborate, and enhance the experience of being part of the College of Medicine.

Eligible projects clearly demonstrate a "people lens", aligning with one or more of the following goals:

  1. Enhancing collaboration, engagement, and workplace culture.
  2. Supporting staff and faculty well-being, joy, and inclusion.
  3. Creating opportunities for connection and shared learning.

Who is eligible to apply?

  • College of Medicine staff, faculty, and leaders.
