Strategic Plan Implementation: Focus Area Working Groups

Following the launch of Paving our Path to 2030, we put out a call for nominations and expressions of interest to participate in implementation working groups.

In January and February 2026, working groups comprising nearly 100 people from across the college came together to develop outcome statements for each of our goals, identify steps we can take to achieve those goals, and provide guidance on measuring and sharing our progress.

This implementation plan was shared with the College of Medicine’s Faculty Council in March 2026.
