Strategic Plan Progress Update: Summer 2026
An update on our progress
Since the launch of Paving our Path to 2030, our college has been actively engaged in its implementation. This involved developing outcome statements, identifying the key steps to achieve our goals, and establishing metrics to measure progress. This work was guided by college-level working groups for each focus area that involved almost 100 people from across the college.
Where available, baseline data has been collected to measure our progress. Going forward, we will report on our progress twice annually. Throughout the year, we will connect to share our stories and learn how we are advancing our strategic goals and commitments and living our shared values.
In the first reporting period we have attracted faculty, leaders and learners and celebrated our people across the college. We have listened and are responding to the needs of our research community. And are continuing to expand our programming, training seats, and rural training opportunities to meet Saskatchewan’s health needs.
It is encouraging to see our early progress and how the plan is being implemented across focus areas and college units. Thank you for being part of our college and for all your contributions towards achieving our goals for Saskatchewan.
