Pride Month
June is Pride Month.
By The Division of Social Accountability, Office of the Vice Dean Indigenous HealthPride Month is both a celebration and a call to action. It highlights the importance of creating inclusive environments where all individuals can feel safe, respected, and valued regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. Across communities and workplaces, Pride is marked by events, education, and advocacy efforts that promote understanding and allyship.
As we observe Pride Month, we are encouraged to reflect on how we can support inclusivity in meaningful ways—by listening, learning, and taking steps to foster equity for everyone.
Join us for a free pre-Pride Parade Pancake Breakfast on June 28 from 9–11 am in the D-Wing Atrium, Room GD50, Health Sciences Building, Saskatoon. Donations welcome. All proceeds will benefit activities within USask’s Queer Housing program. Register
