About

Dr. Adegoke grew up in Ibadan, Nigeria. He graduated from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology with a BS in Laboratory Medicine. Adeolu earned his MS in Medicine from the Memorial University of Newfoundland, and his PhD in Surgery from the University of Alberta. Adeolu’s PhD work focused on understanding the role of coinhibitory receptors (immune system brakes) in immune tolerance and autoimmunity. He completed his Clinical Chemistry Fellowship (ComACC) at the University of Utah/ARUP Laboratories, Salt Lake City, Utah. Dr. Adegoke is board-certified by the American Society for Clinical Pathology, and he is a Diplomate of the American Board of Clinical Chemistry. Outside of work, Adeolu enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
