The Department of Family Medicine is collecting nominations for the Dr. Vivian R. Ramsden Award for Scholarship and Innovation, the Dr. Gill White Award for Leadership in Family Medicine, and the Dr. Sally Mahood Award for Mentorship and Advocacy

These awards celebrate individuals who have made significant contributions to family medicine and its broader impact on communities.
Dr. Vivian R. Ramsden Award for Scholarship and Innovation
This award honors those who advance practice improvement, community engagement, and participatory research with a local impact and national or international application.
Congratulations to last year's award recipient, Dr. James Irvine.
Dr. Gill White Award for Leadership in Family Medicine
Recognizing outstanding leadership in clinical and/or academic family medicine, this award is given to individuals who inspire others, lead transformative projects, and promote excellence in education, healthcare delivery, and advocacy.
Congratulations to last year's award recipient, Dr. Gill White.
Dr. Sally Mahood Award for Mentorship and Advocacy
This award highlights exemplary mentorship and advocacy in family medicine, recognizing individuals who empower mentees, champion socially responsible healthcare, and make a lasting impact on patients and communities.
