Our Mission.
We are a team-based family medicine teaching clinic. We:
- Provide accessible, ongoing care built on strong relationships, meeting the needs of our diverse community.
- Educate and mentor the next generation of family physicians and health professionals, preparing them to provide high-quality, patient-centred care and to work and lead within coordinated interprofessional teams.
- Respect and respond to people's backgrounds and lived experiences, adapting care to what matters most.
- Work with patients and families to prevent illness, address health concerns, and respond to the social and structural challenges that shape health over time, supporting navigation and coordination of care.
- Create a safe and supportive place to learn and work, where everyone can speak up, ask questions, and take part in decisions.
