Amanda Stalwick

Amanda Stalwick is the Curriculum Specialist for the College of Medicine where she supports curation of the undergraduate curriculum, monitors content and alignment, oversees syllabi development, and takes care of all the details in between. Her twenty years of experience teaching high school, college, and University undergraduate students combined with her curriculum development and oversight skills provide a solid background in pedagogy specifically active learning, curricular design, and assessment. Amanda’s research interests include curricular design and governance, non-academic variables and performance outcomes, and Indigenous medical education. Amanda’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Education, Masters of Education in Curriculum and she is currently pursuing a PhD in Educational Administration with a focus on Indigenous medical students’ learning experiences. In her free time, you can frequently find her running on the Meewasin trails, at the dog park with her dog Boo, or at the gym.
