Advancing female physician leadership within healthcare

presented by

Dr. Mamta Gautam

It has been said that “All physicians are leaders”. Yet not all of us have had the opportunity to learn and develop leadership skills. While we now have more women in medicine than ever before, we are still underrepresented in leadership positions. Women physicians have, and continue to, face unique challenges. Plan to attend this special session!

By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe the leadership gender gap in medicine
  2. Define practical strategies for us to grow as leaders – in a formal position, new in your career, or as a seasoned veteran
  3. Gain information on the Raft, an online leadership course and community for women in medicine
