  • Describe the elements of effective verbal and narrative feedback
  • Use evidence-based strategies for giving feedback to learners effectively

4.Assessment in Medical Education

  • Create a blueprint for assessment
  • Write quality Multiple Choice Questions
  • Develop clinical decision type questions using the key feature approach
