Tutor/Facilitator Training for Interprofessional Problem-Based Learning (iPBL)

Description:

Inter-professional Problem Based Learning (iPBL) is both a method and a philosophy. It is an educational process where learning is centred on problems as opposed to discrete subject-related courses. Learning results from the process of working towards the understanding or resolution of a problem. At the University of Saskatchewan Health Sciences Programs, iPBL modules are organized for students each year. This is a required workshop for anyone who wants to facilitate one of these modules. The workshop is also open to individuals interested in learning about iPBL, but not planning to facilitate modules.
