About
Dr. Kruger qualified as a MD in 1985 in South Africa. He interrupted his medical studies to spent time in the USA when he was a recipient of the “American Field Scholarship”. He received his Fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1992 and also the Masters of Medicine in Ob/Gyn the same year. He practiced in Johannesburg at the Park Lane Hospital, the largest female hospital in the Southern hemisphere. He worked alongside the world renowned Dr. J. J. Van der Wat, world leader in laparoscopy and endometriosis for ten years. Dr. Kruger performed the first Thermo ablation in South Africa, and was the second ob/gyn to perform robot assisted laparoscopy in SA. He was part of the Fertility Unit, and performed IVF and GIFT procedures as well as micro surgery. His final immigration to Canada was in 2000. He obtained the RANZCOG(AoN) and the FRCSC. He is also a Fellow of The American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Kruger is working in Moose Jaw.
